This flexible approach ensures that everyone can access the support they need to prioritize their mental well-being. I will also provide superbill receipts for you to submit for any out of network benefits you may have. You may want to ask your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits, particularly if your insurance company will reimburse for sessions with an LMHCA.
