Life can feel messy, complicated, and overwhelming at times - maybe more often than we want. Therapy is for you—to feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate the beautiful, challenging, and deeply human process of change. Together, we’ll lean into vulnerability, explore the patterns that no longer serve you, and cultivate the courage to live more authentically. Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress. You are worthy of joy, connection, and belonging. Let’s take that first brave step forward, together.
Therapy can be a space where you can slow down, take a deep breath, and start to untangle all the internal and external pressures life brings. I am a licensed therapist in the state of Washington (license #MC61530229). I work with individuals, as well as couples and parents. I believe that relationships are built on emotional expression, vulnerability and honesty, and I believe therapy can help to build different emotional and relational muscles. If you are looking for in-person therapy in northeast Seattle, I look forward to hearing from you. I also meet with people via telehealth as needed, though I find the person-to-person benefits of in-person therapy quite compelling. My office is located in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle, and is easily accessible via transit from Ravenna, the University District, View Ridge, Lake City, Meadowbrook, Maple Leaf, and Shoreline.
